Waterproof
The pores of the ground are structurally changed and water is prevented from penetrating into the ground. Especially in grounds with a high water absorption capacity such as clay, water impermeability is provided through ion exchange, preventing damage to structures caused by water.

Lifting Force
The pore structure and permeability of the ground are improved. It increases the lifting force and stability of the ground. Especially in soft or clayey grounds, chemical stabilization increases the bearing capacity of the ground surface and provides building safety.
